• This is a preorder item.

• Please allow 3–4 weeks for your notebook to be produced, packed, and dispatched.

• Since every batch is made to order, shipping will begin only after production is complete.

❌ Returns & Refunds

• As these are preorder items, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once placed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or there is a genuine issue with the order.

Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the damaged product(s)

  • the outer packaging

• I'll review the issue and work with you to find the best possible solution.
